I ordered a birthday present for my girlfriend from Sheinside.com. I paid for express shipping, but two weeks later it still didn't arrive. I never received a tracking code, and when I called to ask what was happening, they could not tell me when my package would arrive.

When it finally arrived a full 3 weeks later (I paid to have it here in 5-7 business days), the item was completely the wrong size and in general was a poor reflection of the picture on the website. I looked into returning this to exchange for a different size, since when I bought the item the website advertized a "100% satisfaction guaranteed within 30 days", noting that the buyer pays for return shipping.

Well, shipping cost $8, but now they want $40 to return it. This is twice the cost of the item, and it makes their advertised policy flat-out fraudulent. Their customer service is non-existent, and I cannot even say for sure where they are located, since the website says California but my package came from China. I am stuck with an unusable item and no way to exchange my "guaranteed" purchase. It would be cheaper for me to buy a new item entirely! (and it would likely take MONTHS to get here). This entire company is designed on trickery, and they deserve to be shut down.
