Requested Barstools nearly this past year and after many guarantees that item could be shipped, we were informed they might not longer obtain the products we requested. We were informed a refund could be released 7 weeks before but still haven't gotten reimbursement. After MANY telephone calls and e-mails, we were informed by 4 various employess "check was within the email" after which when it never arrived, the run-around begins once again that Sales might contact us, and not did. Current calls for them, we keep receiving "moved" to another person who never has solution but state Reimbursement arrives. Today they declare just the Operator, Nick Warren" may approve the reimbursement, but is never there! They owe us $1,592.85... Don't utilize them!!!
