Avoiding refunding my money

I had been suppose to become investing in a indication from these men.

I had been delivered 2 estimates concerning the price of the indication.

I sent them a look for the cited cost, following the check had removed thru my lender, they named and stated that the indication

That I had been buying have been broken in delivery which

They might promote me a different one for roughly $500 more.

I talked my issues concerning the transaction. I informed them I

Wasn't thinking about another transmission. I was informed that I'd get a reimbursement in of a week, it has been over per month and

I still haven't obtained the refund. I contact them at least one time a week

And all I get may be the work around. They went so far as to provide me a

Check quantity of the allegedly reimbursement check (14 days before)

Nevertheless no reimbursement check.

I'm constantly informed the person who creates the inspections is on vacation. I have now been informed this atleast twice.

I've been informed twice the check is within the email.

So what can I really do?
