Purchased 3 piece leather furniture sofa, love seat, & reclening chair Not even 3 month's old And my reclenier sank in on one side. They sent a repair man out 3 times. Better Business Bura to make Ashley give me a new chair.
Not long after that the arm of my leather was peeling! Clled Ashley in Turnsville NJ The Manager there told me The stores are indivually owned The owner of Ashley in 2006 Has a store over in Mount Holly NJ I sent him a certefied letter stating. I was taking him to Small Clames Court. He sent a certefied letter. Telling me I had bought Leather Match 100% leather I looked for the do not remove tag's Just to see what the material was There were none I can't proove it. But I think they removed them there were no tag's. Than I remembered the new chair. Yep there was a tagg on the bottom. Stating contents as being 55% polyurethan & 45% leather.
I paid $2,579.00 for a piece of crap! The cousins are sinking in You have to litterly fight to get out of the reclening chairs. And than shove it in with your foot. There is no one on the furniture but me & husband The owner is implying that we haden't cleaned propely or enough. I am a cleaning nut
So that is out I can't belive my new furniture looks like it's 10 years old
Husband & I are retired and husband is own disabilty. We don't have the fund's for another set But than why should we?
