Throughout the summer of 2008 I bought a La Z Boy couch and love-seat from Senate Furnishings, Soquel, California. One-and-one - half decades later, the material about the pillows started to destroy. Twelve months later the material about the cushions was also shredding. Their solution guarantee is for 12 weeks. I approached Senate who explained they might do-nothing about that – from the guarantee period. I approached an area Television customer complaint division plus they approached the organization and were advised nothing might be completed – from guarantee. I bought extra material to recuperate the pillows which is a waste of cash.
I've possessed additional La Z Boy couches AND NOT had this issue. All had exactly the same kind of use and been changed after 16 – 18 years useful with not harm to the material. I’ve invested a lot more than $3000 for that couch and love-seat – a sum in my opinion is just a waste of cash.
Faulty material, shed of cash, no test from La Z Boy to supply customer support to “fix” this issue – I'll not buy another of the items and motivate additional potential prospects to complete exactly the same.
