On Nov 4 I bought a Serta Bed and basis in the Northwoods mall shop. I'd a tenative shipping time of 11/17. I had been informed they might contact me your day before, having a time period (4 time screen) for shipping. I had been also provided directions about cleaning a road to the area where it had been togo, etc. Shipping phone wasn't received, and so I called customer service. They stated that the building blocks came dirty and was declined. Additionally informed the bed and container springs are “custom made” when requested, thus the shipping delay.informed the truck-only comes every 10 times from John.
Provided new tenative shipping of 12/1. Evening before, no telephone call. Called customer service.informed it'd appeared but wasn't ready to obtain it about the vehicle over time for that shipping. Named the Income Associate at this time. Am informed that there is never a dirty basis, alternatively they'd delivered a queen-size foundation in the place of complete. (difficult to believe this, when they custome create the purchase!) Informed that my Bed was in Bloomington Illinois plus they could be pleased to provide that item in my experience 24 hours later.informed the basis was in MIlwaukee. I declined, as once approved, it's your final purchase, and that I needed both items.
Provided new shipping time of 12/15. Obtained no-call on 12/14 and so I named them at4:15 pm. Waited until 5pm for anyone to consider the phone call.informed that it “didn’t arrive” so when I indicated my disappointment, I had been requested basically was sure I requested a Serta bed and never a sealy. I mentioned no, it's John, to that we was informed they originate from Itasca IL which Milwaukee had nothing related to it. I requested to simply stop the purchase and was informed that the telephone call needed to be created and they might contact me back using the cancellation confirmation number.
I've not obtained a telephone call however. Plus they supply simply no method for me togo online and examine the position. Chistmas is just a week absent and that I don't have any bed within the 2nd room match to rest on, because of JC PENNYS. Don't shop at this store.
