I bought a Stainsafe guarantee after I bought my couch from Wickes Furniture and also the material was broken in 2006. I submitted a state plus they delivered a notice day Oct. 31 stating that within 8-12 months I'll get the material along with a specialist may do the installation within 2 weeks after I obtained the material and that I never obtained the material and that I never heard back from their website.
