We purchased a couch and couch completely new off the shop floor in November. The couch has recliners on both ends. Following a short time of period we observed the pillows on a single conclusion did not complement using the remaining couch. They'd fallen along a few ins. It offered the couch a divided search. A few months later we observed a niche between your chair and armrest within the couch. Lastly in May I approached customer support requesting anyone to come have a look and repair that which was incorrect. Was not requesting new furniture, only a fix. Furniture included a-one year warrenty. We were informed that since we purchased off the shop ground that it had been an "as-is" purchase and so not included in the warrenty. Which was never revealed whenever we created the purchase. A primary area of the sales hype was the standard, the warrenty, and just how Roomstore stands behind it is items. Does not appear so great today.
