I bought this couch in Feb. Of the year. Didn't purchase extended warrenty.inside a couple weeks I observed shade was coming down and body was bent. The shop mentioned used to do not contact inside the first week and that I don't have any warrenty.
Just how many people change their couch benefit to examine it when bought. I needed a brand new couch, they declined. They've sent a fix guy three times having a item to correct body. All three times incorrect item. I still possess the incorrect item and we've not noticed anymore from their website. They stated my puppy was responsable for that shade coming down. Not the case, we are in possession of places about the footrest component where the colour has come down.
