I would like to make a complaint about the manager of the mattress department. I don't know her name, but she is short, shubby, and worked on the department on October 11, at 2pm.
Last week, I bought a mattress that had to be returned because it could not be taken up to a second floor of the house. The stairs space is too narrow and the ceiling too short.
When I bought the mattress, I specifically told Sears employee that the mattress needed to be taken to a second floor. But at no time did Sears employee, who I consider THE EXPERT, asked specific and necessary information to complete the delivery.
Today, I went back to the stores to place another order for a new mattress. The Manager told me that I have to pay again the delivery, since it's my fault the delivery could not be completed.
I thought Sears employees were THE EXPERT on this matters. It is the first time I buy a mattress and I believe I should have been better adviced about any technicalities or problems before I bought the mattress. YOUR MANAGER AND EMPLOYEE ARE BADLY TRAINED.
I left the store with no mattress, less money, and without any possibility of getting my money back before two to four weeks... I guess I'll be sleeping on the floor for the next weeks. Thanks Sears!
