I too thought buying a 5yr warranty on our $1800 cheap sofa and loveseat would take carexof it. It wasnt a cheap warranty either. My claim began in feb. It took a month b4 tech finally came out. 1st tech put n notes that i cancelled. Bogus! Then it took 3 mths to get them to get ordered parts right. They were returned by company bcause they put my address in wrong. They told me they wohld rush out the parts. 2 wks goes by. They finally get here! Here it is JUNE a tech scheduled. Alright i might get this fixed. B here between 5-7. I start calling tech at 7-8. Today. He calls me back just now. NOT COMING HE GOT LOST! Only comes on fridays zo here we go he promisez me NEXT FRIDAY!!! To b continued because someone is going to hear me. my patience is done!!!
