New furniture was delivered in faulty condition

On 5/23 I Purchased a NEW console love seat at Ashley furniture in Murrieta Ca. Paid Cash. Furniture was delivered on 6/03 with problems from the start. The left rear cushion zipper was broken, note was made customer service told me a new part was ordered.

They sent the wrong part, ordered the part again, again they sent the wrong part. I asked that they send someone up to check out the problem Ashley "TECH" was able to fix that problem. 7/03 rubbing noise coming from arm area looked and "so called leather" was rubbing and "so called leather" was tearing. Again I called the store, Again they sent a "TECH". I was told the frame was bent and the piece would have to go back to the factory, Customer service will call.

Customer service called 7/8 told me they have ordered a part to be delivered to me and to call and a "TECH" will come and install, When I asked about the bent frame I was told the "TECH" would bend it back into place. "BEND IT BACK INTO PLACE" am I out of line here? I paid $730.00 for a damaged piece of furniture and they refuse to replace it! I should have done more research on Ashley turns out they ARE THE WORST BEWARE PEOPLE DON"T GET RIPPED OFF!!
