I brought a sofa and loveseat in july from ashley furniture my loveseat is striping color changing i went to report

I brought a loveseat and a sofa in july the furniture started to strip and changing color i went to ashley furniture to talk to them to see what can be done they were very rude, i was told there is nothing they can do. It must be a manufacture defect and ashley warranty only good for a year. So there is nothing they can do.
