National Furniture Factory should have a few of the toughest customer support/sales agents in the market. My spouse and that I requested A couch/loveseat/seat combination on 2/25. We were informed the couch and seat were on purchase and could be in around 3/23. No big deal. Therefore the 23rd comes and moves and we never obtained a phone in the telemarketer our furniture was in like we were advised we'd. Lastly I contact customer support to determine exactly what the scenario on our purchase is. I'm informed that there is a wait in the producer and today anything won't maintain before end of April. Okay not that large of the offer, I've worked in stores and understand occasionally deliveries get late. And so I ask why the sales person didn't contact and advise me the purchase was postponed, and was informed that's not their job??? Not their work, THAT'S PRECISELY THE JOB OF THE SELLERS. I've worked in retail for several years, and when an order has been postponed or back-ordered it had been usually my obligation to allow the client understand. Not your work my butt. It was my first and last buying experience with this particular useless organization.
