2000 couch factory - terrible customer support
The Furniture we requested from 2000 Couch Manufacturer was gentle and cozy within the shop. That which was sent to us on 5-14-08 was a seat, sofa, loveseat which were difficult and incredibly unpleasant t/recliner systems that'll not close right. After repeated calls for their customer support dept., their fix technology found our house on 6-10-08 and dispersed plastic about the couch systems. "Notice if that assists" he explained. The "fix" achieved nothing. The recliners however wont shut. Their salesperson informed us to "jump-up and along about the pillows to alleviate them".
Whenever you call to state your disatisfaction, you CAn't keep in touch with the dog owner or supervisor since no body at their shop appears to understand who administration is. We've needed to generate our attorney and our charge card organization to help us in obtaining a reimbursement ($2300.). The faulty furniture is certainly going within our storage and we're likely to Penneyis or perhaps a trustworthy shop to buy a brand new living room collection.
