I sent VISA a money order on 6-14-26 for $500, which they never cashed. So, where is my money? Western Union, where I got the money order, said VISA still has not cashed it. So, where is my money?
Associated Credit Union refuses to help me, as apparently, the nature of my issue doesn't fit with any of their processes. Everyone I talked to just sent me to another department rather than presenting a solution. I told Credit Card Services, "I have already talked to Membership Services. They sent me to you." They still insisted I had to call them, and when I did, they said I "had to call Credit Card Services."
No one wants to help me. I asked them for Visa's phone number, which someone gave me, but it turned out to be another part of ACU. No one wants to help me, and no one wants me talking to Visa. I am not, not, not going to let go of my $500. I am on SSI; I cannot afford to lose $500. I have got to find a way to complain about this to the higher-ups within ACU. Write to corporate, maybe. I've been with ACU for just a few weeks, and I already want to leave. I need to work on that, too.
