I requested a sleeper couch in Oct it had been shipped in Nov therefore great markings for quick shipping though it was a unique purchase for that material. BUT, there is a spot on a single of the pillows along with a plastic component damaged privately of the person bedframe. Something technology arrived the next week and done the spot but couldn't have it all-out and stated he'd purchase a brand new address in addition to an upgraded for that damaged component. I never heard back and so I named in Feb to become informed they didn't possess the components plus they must be requested. I named March 1st to check on and was informed they had a need to purchase components. I named March 16th to become informed by customer support they did not understand something, but lastly they stated they'd purchase components. I inquired easily might return the couch since it continues to be damaged because the evening it had been shipped. Customer support representative stated I'd need to contact the shop. I named the shop in Port Charlotte where the couch was bought plus they stated they cannot approve a return and that I had a need to contact customer support! The corporation provides you with a large run-around. Don't buy from their store!
