My spouse and that I needed some furniture for the family room so we chose to check out Haynes the week before Christmas. Whenever we came we were welcomed with a salesperson who had been really pleasant, and he aimed to us towards the family room models within the shop. We selected a couch, love seat and couch in the shop and after one hour of paperwork we were informed the only real furniture piece readily available for collection was the love-seat, which the remainder y the furniture could be in on DECEMBER 20th. My spouse and that I were upset since we required the furniture in prior to the vacations since we were likely to have visitors over for Holiday, but we determined that it had been nevertheless before Holiday also it shouldn’t be considered a challenge. About the 15th of DECEMBER we named the shop to guarantee the remainder of our furniture was in and we were informed our furniture wouldn't maintain before 20th of January. My spouse and that I at this time were angry and required to understand why we weren't informed about that whenever we bought the furniture, the sales consultant that offered us the furniture told us that he does is search on the display also it provides him the estimated times of furniture appearance and there's nothing he might do. Therefore today my spouse and that I had merely a love-seat within the family room for sitting on Holiday. Really upset in the scenario we returned into Haynes and talked having a supervisor to determine if he might promote us the ground design. He informed us he couldn’t, but what he might do is provide us back our cash for that furniture. The furniture we picked was really tough and we'd previously appeared throughout Hampton streets trying to find it and we simply wanted our furniture. We chose to wait before 20th of January for this in the future in. Not once has Haynes named us to let's understand the day of appearance hasbeen transformed, we've needed to contact each time to check on the standing, and every time it's atleast 2 times before they call-back. They've no clarification of why the furniture continues to be postponed such a long time, and also have created no try to solve the issue. The once pleasant salesman has become no further found and difficult to obtain a your hands on since he's previously created his purchase. Today we're in the stage where we simply need our furniture in and we'd never again send or return to Haynes furniture AGAIN!
