Bought furniture 5 yrs ago and paid $159 for a 5 yr warranty. Terms were if warranty was not used then money would be refunded in full. Went to get my money and they refused to give the refund. I never buy warranties, but this was a "no brainer" since I would get the money back. Dishonest! Will never buy from them again.
