On 10/05, I purchased a Simmons mattress @ 50% off. I paid $ 619.53. After a couple of months, the bed had a sink hole in the center.By the way Don is the owner of the store & Phil is his son. They brought me a new one identicle to the first one. A couple of months later, the same thing happened just like the first one! Phil came out to look at it & said Iwas too fat. I had spinal surgery & I was in horrific pain! That was on August 8. Phil came out & he picked a mattress that was not a SIMMONS BEAUTYREST, but a Spring Air, & this was in 2009. The nerve of him to choose a mattress on his, own, without my consent & sight unseen!!! They will not talk to me on the phone or in person. I needed the mattress before my spine surgery on january 9. Please help me i am still in pain & i have to have shots in my spine because of these 3 mattresses. When i went in to buy the mattress don told me the mattress i chose he was going to recommend for me. When i bought the first one, i weighed 240 lbs. Approximately. When he brought me the 2 nd one, i weighed 40 lbs. Less!!! I was taken advantage of! Please, please help me. I want my money back!!!
