We bought the mattress in 2/08 and also have had an issue having a gradual trickle within the air bed or issue using the push. We're outoftown six months annually & in December 09 I ultimately experimented with contact & e-mail to get hold of the organization to repair or change the issue. I named & sent again 3/10. No body replies the telephone, returns communications or results emails. Customer support is non existent. The guarantee claims the " zerogravity air bed is assured as much as ten years for cost-free". We'd prefer to substitute the faulty gear, but no body may even talk to us.
