After 3 years of interupted telephone support, and numerous grievances to Cox, I had been guaranteed an upgraded container on my house. Whatever the undeniable fact that this might not need resolved the issue, a technology found my house with no alternative gear. I'd recommended Cox that evening, when they didn't sufficiently make an effort to repair my issue, I'd abandon their support. They assured me they might deliver another technology out that evening using the required equipment. They never returned despite 3-4 follow up calls, a clear claims from Cox workers. Three months approved, Cox never did contact, contact me, or change the container. Therefore, I marched to a different supplier. Following the fresh installment, I instantly visited the neighborhood Cox shop to come back gear and stop service. These were rude.

Today, this is actually the kicker.in the end this, Cox turned up at my house 3 months AFTER remove, without authorization TO SET UP a fresh bright package! Just how can a business arrived at your house, harm more exterior for that installment without authorization? And of course, there's not just one Cox worker that understands who their supervisor is, or just how to contact them! No body appears to understand what occurred, or do they believe it is a large deal. I'm fuming.

What're my choices? I'm today trying to solve these problems.
