The very first Television System found us faulty. We'd to get images and contact everyday to obtain any reaction. We did get Cymax to deliver another System. The 2nd one came also faulty. We sent and required over 30 days. We remained really positve and respectful through the month and lastly the Cymax did return our Complete quantity. We didn't possess a restocking charge or need to pay shipping. It got a lot of conversation however it did pay-off. We also employed PayPAl however they didn't assist at-all along the way. They really shut the situation and present in the benefit of Cymax. Fortunately Cymax did do the best thing-but it got a lot of persistence and assistance.
