On 2/20 I visited BMW to possess my car-service as a result of trickle. After I first experienced the support consultant, Frank Worrell I advised him that I'd something guarantee. He claims that will not be considered a challenge. After analysis of the issue, Mr Worrell states he'd need to contact the guarantee organization for authorization. Mr Worrell delivered a short while later to see the guarantee organization isn't making cost because of the trickle is just a seal. After I obtained by bill for that repairs a water pump was transformed. The indicator of the water pump wasn't depended towards the warranty organization which is just why I had been unable to recover the quantity of cash for that water pump that's protected beneath the guarantee. After many times of returning and forth with Mr Worrell and obtaining no-where, I finished a BMW study and come having a call-back from Mr Spence. Mr. Spence DID NOTHING. He states there is a demand to truly have the water pump changed which was the reason for the trickle. THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENED which is just why the guarantee organization proceed to refuse the cost of the water pump.

So meanwhile, I'm out-of $1370.00 that could have now been included in the guarantee organization IF BMW representive might have educated the guarantee organization the right analysis of the issue in the place of trying to change the fault.
