Discovered a leather couch and love-seat at R&Y on January 2. The sales person assured us the furniture could be shipped before January 23. We were having an event for 24 people who evening. There is no purpose to not think her, the R&Y provides on Television actually featured 3-time shipping!!! Nicely lengthy history short the furniture ULTIMATELY came Feb 24th, long following the celebration. I'd distributed my previous sofa, thinking the new furniture was guaranteed on the particular day. Your day of shipping January 23 I got your day off-off function they stated shipping could be between 9:30am and 3:30. That the LARGE screen! At4:30 there is no indication of the shipping vehicle or telephone call. I named customer support, they "I would like to understand" the vehicle had elope the street and was caught!!!"you will be the very first shipping tomorrow" she said. SOOOO today 24 hours later I can not visit function again!!! The stuck vehicle did appear 24 hours later after 10:30 am—I actually donot believe that was there first shipping!

This big-box chain-store WOn't get my company again. I will keep small man running a business and cope with people from customer support who provide a darn!!
