Discovered a leather couch and love-seat at R&Y on January 2. The sales person assured us the furniture could be shipped before January 23. We were having an event for 24 people who evening. This big-box chain-store WOn't get my company again. I will keep small man running a business and cope with people from customer support who provide a darn!!
