"Me and my girlfriend spent hours looking to find a large rug, Love seat and Sofa chair with Autum. We matched everything to go with out couch. We were told in the store it would take 2-4 weeks for delivery. After 2 weeks I called to follow up on delivery. I was then told it would be between 2-8 weeks. I thought wow! Where are they delivering from China. So after 4 weeks we got a call that in a few days our furniture would be delivered. Someone called the day before and gave a 4 hour delivery slot. When the delivery driver came, the first thing he says is did they tell you about the rug. I said no, what about the rug. They did not order it. So I had furniture, but no matching rug, for hardwood floor. I offered to take display rug, at store for discount, they had sold that to. So who knows when, and if I would have received the rug. I told them keep furniture, and give me a refund."
