Disgraceful customer service

I requested a mattress from you in October. Because this day I've had nothing w ut trouble from your own organization.

On my initial shipping day I had been recommended my mattress might appear between 12 and 6pm. Nevertheless after appearing out of a gathering at 10.30 I'd many missed calls and concept s in one of one's motorists informing me he'd be-at my target at 11am. I subsequently needed to abandon function to ensure it is back again to my home 35 minutes away, on the road I obtained a note in one of one's customer support group informing me the supply truck could be at my home until 12.10pm. I came home at 11.30 and there is no delivery truck. I called client providers who recommended me the truck had quit and wouldn't be back till later that morning. Sadly I subsequently needed to consider the entire day-off as unpaid leave when I had quit work-in the day. Client providers called me again and explained the supply truck could be with me at 18.00hrs. Now handed and also the truck didn't appear. I've to become at my next work by 19.00hrs. The truck ultimately resulted in at 18.35 hours and also the mattress was taken into my home

Our spouse is within the causes and works away and so I needed to watch for him to return. He returned the weekend of the 5th Dec and attempted to place the mattress together, then he realized we were absent all of the items.

We called the only real quantity we're able to discover on the web, my spouse was informed they'd resend the components. I subsequently called when I realized I couldn’t get anymore time-off function and was voiced not to just rudely but nastily in the consultant who subsequently hung-up on me.

I called back on Thursday 9th Dec and also the components hadn’t actually been requested. My spouse also called and was informed somebody might ring him back which didn’t occur.

I'm today in the phase where I'm ready redelivery of those products.

We've also realized in the end this clutter Bensons didn't provide some fresh cushions which we requested. I've called twice and had no returned calls.

I simply called back and talked towards the woman who i initially talked to who had been rude and unhelpful.

I'm currently expecting a callback from the supervisor that we propably don't get

Overall an extremely demanding expererience. Our house and work-like has endured and that I am today about the fringe of holes. All I'd like is what i paid for: (
