Buyer Beware!

I just desired to article this to ideally avoid this from occurring to others. At the conclusion of the I'll spot a duplicate of a contact I delivered to US-Mattress that I acquired no reaction to. I put an order around Bed on 12/29/09 and by 1/6/10 I had heard nothing from US Mattress so I called them to learn the status of my order and was hung up on twice and when I did get to consult with a repetition. These were really rude and served as though I had been a for them I had been ultimately told I'd obtain my mattress on 1/8/10 and I did get a mattress on that evening, the incorrect bed!!! And so I needed to feel the same trouble to talk to somebody as before. I had been rudely informed they might deliver the right bed that evening, by today 1/15/10 no bed no conversation! Again I named them simply to get the same therapy so when I requested to get a refund they stated they mightnot do this till I confronted to get hold of Credit just subsequently did I get a return. This isn't the kind of support I anticipate for my hard earned cash. Anyhow this is a backup of the e-mail I delivered to US-Mattress to no reaction.

To whom it might worry

I had been suspicious about purchasing a bed online so that as as it happens my disbelief wasn't misguided. Was kind enough to find our bed collection and also have it shipped today Jan. 8th. But because it works out we were delivered the incorrect bed collection!!! We obtained a queen-size Ackerman bed having a full-size box-spring. We'd to decline delivery and return the collection. How can that occur? In order of Jan. 8th we nevertheless don’t have our bed collection with no concept whenever we can.
