Delivery nightmare

We bought a room collection for my child on May 15. The shipping was planned in two components since among the four products was on back-order.

We needed the furniture shipped asap therefore the first shipping was an "add-on" - this recommended we'd to hold back in the home from 7a -10p for delivery. My spouse remained home from work and waited. The shipping came mid afternoon, they started establishing before my spouse recognized the mattress wasn't the colour we requested. They experimented with put up the trundle mattress, however they didn't possess the wheels/equipment together. They attempted to setup the nightstand that these were one screw brief - so that they chose to try placing it together with no last mess, producing a damaged knee and shaky nightstand.

Right now the shipping people took pity on me and decided to construct the trundle, however it works out the equipment that RTG submitted the email had just 4-wheels - we required 6 and all of the screws were too much time... So long they'd stick to the bed! Therefore we had a need to purchase equipment again

Within The span of the four deliveries there is never any reputation of times or trouble - no test designed to rapidly resolve the issue.
