Warranty Run out Before even making payments

Purchased a full time income from RTG in regards to a year-ago, Couch needed to be maintained twice within weeks of shipping. Following a year I've exactly the same issue, a bit of timber in the body of the couch is free. Named them-but they stated that guarantee went outback in March. It generally does not seem sensible that actually prior to making any funds the warranty expired. This really is like purchasing a vehicle a you abandon the dealer that you don't have guarantee.
