Buyer beware! I was previously a lover of Ashley Furniture. Not anymore! Their quality and support went downhill
My husband and that I bought many furniture pieces there and instantly had issues with many products (the standard!). Ashley furniture desired to restore although not substitute the things. Your couch and loveseat were fundamentally "fixed"., although not to some fresh and sometimes even acceptable situation.
So... I named a supervisor who guaranteed to contact me back. Months and months passed, no telephone call, and so I called again. Next, another supervisor named stating these were considering it as well as informs me that various other clients have experienced related issues with their same couch and loveseat! But... Additional time passed with none of my calls being delivered despite many communications. Today, an entirely distinct supervisor calls and claims it's also late to displace them. She claims she'd no understanding of me talking with another supervisors... And also to top it down this supervisor was excessively rude about the phone! She ultimately did acknowledge and find out where I'd named but wouldn't back the merchandise or provide a possible option. I attempted to become tremendous ethical, biting my language, wishing it'd help understand this released solved. It did not support...
I had been shocked in the method this woman and Ashley Furniture have managed this issue. Ashley Furniture gets an N - in quality and an Y in customer support from me!
