I quit in to the Monrovia IN Dollar Standard on Friday, May 21st to buy 2 products. I waited in-line as the Supervisor Mary was buzzing up clients. The client facing me mentioned anything about not having the ability to log-out the night time before, and also the Supervisor began to leave in the register. The individual in front of me stated she might wait on me first, however the Supervisor stated "He'll delay", after which she strolled from the register. I quit my products about the conveyer, quit the shop after which named the store-manager to obtain the client support range. She offered mean employee relationships quantity, so when I named that number they offered me the number to customer support. I named, supplied my info to Sean, who stated the Area Supervisor may contact me. I waited until Tuesday May 25th and had obtained no-call, and so I called back to customer support. The broker recommended me that Carrie the DM had named me, I stated I'd never return which I believed the shop

Must have 4 workers all the time. I recommended the broker I'd not obtained any calls from anybody at Dollar Standard, and he or she mentioned she'd send the data towards the Regional Manager. I called in to customer support and again talked to Sean, who recommended me the RM might contact me back within 24 hours. I waited the twenty four hours and named customer support back again to recommend I still hadn't gotten a phone. The broker that required this phone named their "Tier - 2" group, after which returned online and informed me since I have talked towards the DM that nobody within the organization was prepared to speak with me. This broker declined to obtain a boss, and insisted that I had been to not talk to anybody within the organization, with no individual at Dollar Standard might consult with me again. The broker subsequently disconnected the phone call after I again requested to get a boss and his representative identification. I named straight back in, was informed by another broker there are no administrators, all calls are watched, which Wayne the last broker didn't a dvise me that nobody within the organization might talk to me. I again requested to get a boss, was declined, and also the broker refused to advance this to anybody. I still haven't noticed in the Local Director, and lastly turned to calling the Organization Office and making a note for an internally customer support person. This degree of client no support isn't just undesirable, however it is incredible that each degree of administration and customer support at Dollar Standard hates their clients. Not really a method to operate any company.
