I purchased a sofa from Simple Existence Furniture that I liked, nevertheless when it had been shipped the sofa would not match up my steps. I had been truly dissatisfied and named the shop immediately to tell them that it came back plus they stated there will be a restocking charge. That I liked the sofa and informed them-it was not my problem the sofa would not match and I was truly angry and did not wish to have that I didn't wish to spend the charge and it delivered. No body cared at their workplace or there. I spoke at corporate that was a laugh with their entire corporate workplace towards the "boss' of customer support, I of course no body called back and quit a note.
It was within the Torrance, CA shop on Artesia Blvd., really unfavorable store-manager and sales agents. After they obtain a purchase they're unwilling to assist you to whatsoever. There may have now been an exclusion towards the charge that was 20%, I went to save money cash and obtain an inferior sofa along with other issues I had a need to get.
The corporation is horrible it's the toughest customer support I've obtained in quite a long time. Really, they've no customer support at-all, customer support entiles to producing them pleased when they wish to proceed to possess their company and helping the client. Others don't have this charge, I understand Wickes Furniture doesn't.
I'm still angry as heck, however it is just a lesson learned.
