I called sears a week and a half ago to do a warranty repair on my 4000 dollar tv. The day before they were scheduled to come I received a voice mail that stated no one would be in the area so i would have to reschedule. When I called the call center I was told they were sorry and that someone would call me within 24 hours. Well the call never came so I called again and was told someone would call within the hour. You guessed it, that call never came either. Well I figured I would give them one more opportunity. I called back and told the person that I wanted to talk to a supervisor and after being put on hold for ten minutes I was disconnected. As of right now my 4000 dollar sits with no repair date in site.
