Terrible customer support! No reimbursement!

May 30, I requested a bed to become shipped. Our furniture wasn't just postponed however it was damaged / where the shipping man was scared to acknowledge the reality broke. The headboard slipped but never allow me to understand he extended to create me believe my furniture was on the road. At 7:00 pm is after I named it must be reordered also the factory and also the supervisor advised me the headboard was broken. 4 days my furniture was ultimately shipped.

A shop manager in the Duluth area in Atlanta guaranteed me a shipping reimbursement 79.99. It's today Oct 6 and that I still have not obtained my reimbursement. The supervisor and I talked on August 2, and I was advised by him my reimbursement check would be received by me within 2-3 months.

Customer support is terrible as of this shop and that I WOn't buy out of this shop again.
