Bought among the priciest room models in the shop, great whole, $3100.00.

To begin with, salesperson was excellent. That's all of the great I will state of the knowledge. Today the bad:

1st delivery: Headboard, that will be important within the mattress building, was broken before shipping, hence never loaded about the vehicle. We were informed this the night time before shipping using a telephone call from factory. Was informed we'd need to delay another week till Areas Togo might create another shipping. I discussed our 2-year old boy had no additional mattress once we offered his cot currently in expectation of shipping. Was informed there is nothing that would be completed. While vehicle came following day, over half another items were broken.

1. Computer table-hutch, damaged and separate wood, cork-board had numerous chips, and also the screws which were utilized in building of the furniture were attached in at wrong perspectives, so that they pierced through the medial side of the wood.

2 Dresser: broke aspect, numerous chips within the timber, two - 3-inch long scores.

3. Footboard: Broke timber, chips in end.

Because it is nit RTG plan to depart the furniture until a brand new item is shipped, my 2-year old today needs to rest another week on the ground on an air bed, within our space as his space is littered with partly come up with furniture.

We called customer support abut the headboard and also the night-stand... Their reaction is the fact that the evening stand is arriving another shipping, today from 1-4pm.
