On Nov. 17, bought a simmons bed collection from ashley furniture for 1091.00. The sales person never advised us that there is a number trade or reimbursement plan about the beds. On Nov. 24th our bed collection was shipped and there have been no issues with shipping. My partner and that I rested about the bed that evening and woke up the following day really disappointed with backpain. This bed wasn't like what we'd examined out within the shop and also the sales person did not advise us that mine could be significantly stronger till we rested onto it for some time suffering more backpain. We visited the shop that evening and asked about trading to get a diverse bed, not looking to get our cash back. Your sales person examined onto it and informed us there's nothing the shop might do. Therefore we were out-of a 1000.00 bucks on the really uncomfortable bed. The store supervisor never found keep in touch with us about solving our criticism but was informed we're able to contact customer support whilst in the shop. I did so this and got exactly the same solution. Their customer support sucks plus they have misleading return guidelines on the beds. I've approached the B.B.B.in Fl. Even when we understand this solved, I'll never store there again. You will find loads of grievances from this organization.
