Bought a Aura Lux-Firm matters in that was manufactured on 2-14. When we went in to find a new mattress was told by the store manager we would NEVER have to buy another mattress for the rest of our lives. It is only 2013 and we hate this mattress. You cant roll over it already has indents of where my husband and i sleep and we have turned the mattress to prevent this, it didn't do a thing. Can physically see the indents when bed is made. We are both cancer survivors and wake up unrest-ed after a night of tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. We loved our old bed, which was a water bed, but because of surgeries we could not sleep in it any longer, because it was to hard to get out of. Was told this bed was a perfect fit, well it isn't, not even close!!! Went to the store to see what they would do and was told to check the height of the indentation. My daughter and I checked the height of the indent but because it is only 3/4 of an inch and not the 1 1/2 they wont do anything. So in another two years when it is 1 1/2 will they do anything??? I doubt it!!! Manager went on to say it is probably just a comfort level change, which most women complain about anyway! We liked the bed but after the short time we have had it having such indentations is WRONG!!!
