We purchased a Queen sized Sleep Doctor Mattress set from Okemos, Michigan within the past year. I was never "fitted" (didn't even know that was supposed to happen) or told return policies until after the purchase. I tried to deal with the local manager several times (I even tried to call the owner of Sleep Doctor, who apparently cannot be reached.) One associate from the Okemos store even told me that "comfort is not guaranteed". Isn't COMFORT the MAIN reason you buy a new mattress?!! After thousands of dollars, I now wake up to neck, back and spine pain EVERY day.
