I bought a mattress that has a lifetime warranty. It has broken down to the point we can hardly sleep on it. When I contacted their home office I was informed I would have to deal with the mfr. I did this and the mfr sent a third party to examine the mattress but we have heard nothing from them. We bought this mattress from Sleep Outfitters and it is their responsibility to take care of this problem. Their salesman showed us a mattress that was flat and comfortable to lay on. Now we have a mattres that has a ridge down the middle and dips on one side where you lay and my side causes me to slant to the side at an angle if I lay flat on my back. I ind up at the edge and I am afraid I will roll off the bed in my sleep. I am diabled in my hip and lower back. Rolling off the bed in my sleep could cause me a serious injury.
