Metropolitan Granite took the time to help us out - granite countertop

When we got our bathroom granite countertops installed, there was a major chip in the edge. It was horrible and there was no way to repair it whatsoever. The delivery guys did not know how it exactly it happened, but I knew I wasn%u2019t going to pay for it! I called up Metropolitan Granite right away and even took pictures of it before the installers left so they couldn%u2019t say it wasn%u2019t chipped. I really expected a battle to get a new slab installed, but for the money I paid I wasn%u2019t about to just bite the bullet and ignore a major flaw. The company could not have been more helpful in arranging to replace the piece. I took the picture in with me when I went in to talk about what I would like for a new piece and that was more than enough to get them moving on showing me what else I could have installed. They really went out of their way to make up for the chipped piece. Even though I wasn%u2019t too happy with how the day went when I got my first piece delivered and it was damaged, I have to say I was impressed how the company stepped up and did the right thing. I would definitely recommend that anyone goes to Metropolitan Granite to get their countertops because they really care about their customers and will go above and beyond to make up for a mistake and make sure you are satisfied.
