I purchased a KARLSTAD sofa on 09/08, and it is already falling apart - the arm is falling off and the center support is sagging. I don't drive, and am unable to take the sofa back to the store as the chat line rep suggested. I am happy to send photos of the sofa so you can see what has happened. I don't think I should have to hire a moving company for you to see that the staples are pulling away from the particle board frame.
