I had placed a delivery order from the referenced facility. Within 5 minutes, we called to make an addition to the order. At which point, they showed utter disgust and aggravation that I was making an addition to my order because they had already processed my credit card. I told them they could just charge my credit card for the addition, keeping in mind that I didn't want to change my existing order. He proceeded to be hateful, stating that the credit card company charges them for every time they process a charge. I have never seen so much hostility with making a sale. Simply processing the additional sale would have cost a lot less than having to refund my entire order.
