I am writing this review for the pizza hut in Charlotte, Nc. Store number 014498 I am unsure about the other reviews about this Pizza Hut, I have worked at a Pizza Hut before, and having worked there I acquired a taste for Pizza Hut pizza over their competitors. I have ordered from this particular Pizza Hut a total of two times. The first time i ordered on the phone and it took me about 10 minutes to place a simple 2 pizza, and order of hot wings. When I got the wings, they were not good at all and I ended up not even wanting them, after I had been craving them. The second time I placed an order, I had to repeat it 3 times, and heard yelling in the background. Not only this, but the man taking my order would just go completely silent, and I was confused as to wether he was even there. I made a request for my pizza to not be put in for about 30 minutes after I placed the order, because I got off work 45 minutes from my order time. I ended up getting off early, and called to get my pizza in the oven, I was on the phone another 5 minutes, yelling in my ear, and bad service, to find out my pizza had already been put in the oven. Even though i specifically asked to have a future order, something that is very simple for them to fill out (as I stated earlier, I use to work at a Pizza Hut). I am very dissapointed that my Pizza would not have been fresh, and especially dissapointed with the service.
