On April 20 Dinish Grey called me about a $200.00 shooping he gave me a sales pitch about auto Gold which the price was $99.95. He said I could review it and cancell in 10 days. So I agreed to give my checking account number.
The day prior the same company called and said they were Premier Benefits, which had the same sales pitch $200.00 shopping spree and 10 days to cancell also I spoke to Cheryl. I became leary and called back and learned they were the same company bit they go under different names and use different phone numbers.
So I cancelled the memberships. Auto Gold Services on 4/21/05 and Premier Benefits ON 4/21/05. I called back to confirm the cancellations and I wrote down all the numbers. But Premier Benefits have 3 or 4 different programs like Premier Movie Pass, Premier Benefits and Buyer's Union. All the customer service reps. Assured me that no money would be taken out of my acoount that all the programs were cancelled. Their names were Dave, Hazel, Peter, Candace and Chris.
On the 27th of April the following amounts were taken out of my account $129.90, $104.90 and 4.95 by an ACH transaction by the name of Intertrans Internet. I disputed with my bank, Bank of America and they credited the money back into my account because I disputed it and put a stop on those amounts.
On May 5 Consumer Reward Network went in under different names like Auto Gold, Health Network USA and Net4 Ever and took out $239.75 total. I contacted the BBB of Southern California, Telemarketing Fraud agency and the Attorney General's Office in California. So I hope I have some luck. I advise people to stay away from this company there bad news!!!
