Returned Bluetooth item and did not get refund. Company is disputing and said they never got returned item

I purchased a bluetooth item from Wirelessoem and did not work properly and contacted company to rerun item. I followed their instructions, such as sending them the tracking# and including a note inside return package.

WirelessOEM never emailed or any type of communication whatsoever. I finally filed a complaint with paypal and WirlessOEM said they never got the product returned.

So now this company has their bluetooth and my $66.90. I have nothing. I urge anyone not to do business with this company.
