I received a defective Bluetooth from this company I tried to contact them on the phone there was only a voice message that informed me to contact them on the internet. When I contacted them the mailed me a return label with a RMA number. I purchased the Bluetooth on 12/14 I returned my Bluetooth on 03/03 the receptionist at the company signed for it on 03/07/08. I emailed them to find out if they were going to replace repair or refund my money.
It's impossible to contact this company I feel as if I 've been robbed I have no way of knowing if they're planning on rectifing this problem. It should be against the law to run a business and not have customer sevice department that you can physically talk too.
