Unreliable service calls

Harp is just a Frigidaire approved company. They're unreliable. They skipped two visits in AROW. I'd to contact every time to check on plus they were less that useful. They might have cared less that I had been caught awaiting them. Proceed some where otherwise for Frigidaire approved company. This type of person THE WORST!
