I order a watch thats said all you had to do was pay shipping and handling then they sent a 98.00 charge through my bank account and said that because i didn't send it back in 14 days thats what i owe

I ordered a watch with the under standing all I payed is shipping. Then they charged me 98.00 through my bank and said because I didn't send it back in 14 days that I had to pay 98.00 for it. And to beat all I did not even get the watch. And they say theres nothing they can do about it. Except give me the tracking number for the watch.
