Offered a free watch for only a $4.95 shipping and handeling fee. Then 14 days later my bank account charged me 98.00. The company then sent me another watch which I did not order

This was through the JC Penney website. I was told if I took a survery I would get a free watch, less shipping and handeling. I kept the watch and 14 days later I was charges 98.00 on my bank account. I call them, they said it was in small writing. It was not. I have since received another watch from them that I am going to send back. They do not provide a phone # to call in the package. I got the # from my bank. I am just hoping they do not charge me another 98.00 for this watch that I did not order.
